Brief Bio
April's work is rooted in the idea that learning and innovation go hand in hand. A lifelong learner and L&D leader, she approaches every challenge with genuine curiosity and a drive to make each interaction both interesting and impactful. Known for inspiring leadership teams and fostering change, April's favorite part of consulting is the opportunity to guide clients toward bolder ideas and bigger results.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, April brings her curious, engaged spirit into her personal life. She loves playing card/board games with family and friends, exploring Art Nouveau everything, and enjoying quality time with Pippin the miniature poodle. Her commitment to being both "interested and interesting" extends to every area of her life, keeping her insights sharp and her approach to client challenges refreshingly unique.
